Speaker Travel Requirements Form

Thank you for confirming your role as a speaker. As part of the speaker travel package, you are entitled to the following:

• Flights: one return flight to Nairobi (economy class).
• Accommodation: maximum 2 nights free accommodation at the Villa Rosa Kempinski (bed and breakfast as well as a dinner voucher).
• Transfers: a shuttle service to and from the airport.

Please remember to carry your covid-19 vaccination certificate as well as a yellow fever vaccination card in line with travel requirements to Kenya.

Kindly complete the form below and return as soon as possible to enable our travel agent to coordinate the best options for you.
Once the reservations and bookings have been confirmed, any subsequent change costs may be charged to you.
